MVZ-300 MAX are high-tech packaging machines with high mechanical strength, built on AISI stainless steel and aluminum skeleton, long-lasting even in the most demanding working environments.
Preheating plates, forming mold, filling station, vacuum, gasing and sealing station and cutting molds are the basic units of the machine. The transportation of the packaging foil with the chain allows the use of soft materials, thus providing economic and high performance.
The MVZ-300 MAX is an advanced palletizer designed for packaging products that have multiple nicknamed motorized cutting stations or that need a long product feeding area.
Products packaged with the MVZ-300 MAX can only be vacuumed and, if necessary, one or more shielding gas injections can be applied to reach the optimum shelf life.
The state-of-the-art PLC processor control system, where all parameters can be monitored and desired changes can be made easily, provides a comfortable working environment with its easy-to-use touch operator panel.
