Thermoforming MVZ-300

MVZ-300 is a high-tech packaging machine with high mechanical strength, built on AISI stainless steel and aluminum frame, and long-lasting even in the toughest working environments.
Preheating plates, forming mold, filling station, vacuum, gasing and sealing station and cutting molds are the basic units of the machine. The transportation of the packaging foil with the chain allows the use of soft materials, thus providing economic and high performance.
Only vacuum can be applied to the products packaged with MVZ-300, and optimum shelf life is reached by injection of one or more protective gas when necessary.
The state-of-the-art PLC processor control system, where all parameters can be monitored and desired changes can be made easily, provides a comfortable working environment with its easy-to-use touch operator panel.
